ApartX is a B2B property-technology platform that automates rental operations: channel management across Airbnb, Booking.com and other travel sites, dynamic pricing, guest communication, digital contracts, payments and smart-lock access. A resident of Astana Hub, it is listed in the State Revenue Committee of Kazakhstan's register of digital platforms, which lets it file tax reporting for landlords under the platform-employment regime. It reports serving users in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Qatar, China and Southeast Asia, and raised a $250,000 seed round from Big Sky Capital and Activat VC in June 2023.
