BILLZ

BILLZ is a Tashkent-based retail management platform combining point of sale, inventory, CRM, e-commerce and analytics for retailers in Uzbekistan. In June 2025 TBC Bank Group agreed to buy a controlling stake: an initial 53% for $9 million, up to $12 million in total and rising to 60% within two years, with a put/call option over the remaining 40%. TBC completed the acquisition during 2025, and BILLZ continues under its own brand with its management team as part of TBC Uzbekistan. At the end of 2025 it served more than 5,500 stores.
