Freya

Freya builds voice AI agents for banks, lenders, fintechs and insurers, running on its own speech recognition and synthesis models. It publishes speech research, including an open-source Turkish text-to-speech model, and its production model serves Turkish voice agents. Founded in 2025 and incorporated in Delaware, it operates from Istanbul with a team almost entirely in Türkiye, and took part in Y Combinator's Summer 2025 batch.
