medik is a Georgian patient app, rolled out through partner clinics, that gathers lab and radiology results, digital prescriptions and appointment booking in one place, with AI-processed summaries. Founded in August 2021 by Lasha Murjikneli, it launched at Chachava Clinic and then Aversi Clinic in 2021, and won a co-financing grant in round IX of the programme run by Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA), announced in December 2022. Forbes Georgia reported 39,000 registered users in October 2024. Since then the iOS app has been removed, the Android app has not been updated since February 2025 and the medik.app domain has lapsed, so its current status is unknown.
