About

Nozomio makes Nia, an AI tool that indexes codebases, documentation and web pages and serves them to AI coding agents as context, helping developers query several repositories at once and onboard faster. It was founded in 2025 by Arlan Rakhmetzhanov, an 18-year-old from Almaty who moved to London to build it and then to the US for Y Combinator. It raised $1 million led by LocalGlobe and then $5.2 million in October 2025 from CRV, LocalGlobe, Y Combinator and BoxGroup.
