Payrails builds a payment platform that lets large companies run their whole payment operation, including orchestration, payouts and reconciliation, from modular components. Founded in Berlin in 2021 by a team that built Delivery Hero's fintech division, it is led by co-founder and CEO Orkhan Abdullayev, from Azerbaijan, with co-founder Emre Talay. In June 2025 it raised a $32 million Series A led by HV Capital's growth fund.
