Based in Berlin, it was founded in 2023 by Armenian-born entrepreneurs Hakob Astabatsyan (CEO), his brother Albert Astabatsyan (Chief Product Officer) and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky. In June 2025 it raised a $20 million Series A led by Accel.
