Delever has raised $380,000 from AloqaVentures and Nexus Club to develop software for restaurants and retailers managing orders and deliveries. AloqaVentures contributed $300,000 and Nexus Club invested $80,000, founder Fakhriddin Yusupov said in an announcement also reported by Spot on October 31.
The investment extends an existing relationship with AloqaVentures. The fund first backed Delever in 2024 with $100,000 at the pre-seed stage. The new round brings another investment from the fund alongside participation from the angel club.
Delever brings several parts of restaurant operations into one system. Its software handles orders from different sales channels, connects to delivery aggregators and point-of-sale systems, and supports courier and delivery management. Yusupov described the product as a response to restaurants having to operate a collection of disconnected tools.
The company’s own product guide outlines the components of its delivery platform: a website, mobile application and Telegram bot for receiving orders, an order-management panel, a courier application, customer management and analytics. These functions span both the customer-facing ordering experience and the work a restaurant carries out after an order arrives.
Yusupov said more than 1,400 restaurants across seven countries use Delever. Spot identifies Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan as its principal markets. The founder’s announcement puts the next investment priorities on the product itself and on expansion into new markets.
AloqaVentures describes Delever as a platform for developing direct-to-consumer sales channels and automating delivery and order management. Its repeat investment supports the company’s next phase of product development, with additional capabilities and market expansion planned for the new capital.
